I stayed in a double room with a balcony and had fine views of the sea, sat out there with a coffee every morning, nothing beats that. The staff were very cute and helpful.

It wasn't inexpensive but what I got in return was acceptable.

A prime choice for a day tour in Paignton with extraordinarily good value for money. The view from the dining room was lovely. Consider paying extra for a sea front room with a balcony.

Nice beach but needs work

Just stayed for 4 nights and honestly, the check-in was a bit of a drag. I was in a sea view room, which was awesome, but the remote was gross and the heating was kinda iffy. Breakfast was greasy but that bacon was really good! Outdoor dining was nice, but the noise from the trains made it hard to sleep.

During my stay, I enjoyed the beautiful walk to Hollicombe Park, just about 500 meters away, where I could relax and soak in the greenery, and the lovely variety of dining options nearby, like the delicious Richard's Fish Cafe which was only a short stroll away. overall, this hotel made exploring the area so convenient and enjoyable, making it perfect for anyone who loves city walking and discovering parks.

Rooms need thorough cleaning!!! Old cigarette smell lingers, heating system unpredictable, and noisy kitchen ruins peaceful mornings!!! An upgrade of in-room amenities, especially hairdryers, could be very beneficial!!!
